How to connect →

The Admin token lives server-side only — it never enters this browser. In Netlify → Site configuration → Environment variables add SHOPIFY_STORE_DOMAIN (e.g. veniacollection.myshopify.com) and SHOPIFY_ADMIN_TOKEN (the shpat_… token from Admin → Apps → Develop apps), then redeploy and test. The app reads orders through a server proxy that only ever performs read-only requests.

Empty = each of you sends as yourself — Keeter's device from Keeter, Christine's from Christine. Nothing to verify, and the cc keeps you both in the loop.
A fixed address must be the signed-in Google account or one of its verified “Send mail as” aliases in Gmail, on every device — Gmail replaces anything else with that account's own address.

How to connect →

Gmail (no extra service). Uses the same Google sign-in as Drive, with one added permission. Tap Connect Gmail and sign in with the account that owns info@veniacollection.com. If that address is an alias rather than the account itself, add it in Gmail → Settings → Accounts → “Send mail as” first, or Gmail will substitute the account's own address.
Two things can block it: the Gmail API must be enabled for your Google Cloud project, and gmail.send is a sensitive scope — on an External consent screen the signing account has to be listed as a test user. Google's own error is shown here if either bites.

Or a mail service instead. A mailto: link cannot choose the sender — the phone's mail app uses its own default account, which is how a pull sheet went out from a personal address. Sending as VENIA needs a server:
1 · Create an account at resend.com and add veniacollection.com as a domain — it gives you SPF and DKIM records to paste into your DNS.
2 · Once the domain shows verified, create an API key.
3 · Netlify → Site configuration → Environment variables → add RESEND_API_KEY. Optionally set MAIL_FROM to change the display name; it defaults to VENIA Collection <info@veniacollection.com>.
4 · Redeploy, then test here.

Until then, pull sheets still open as a draft in your mail app — the app will say so rather than implying VENIA sent it.

How to connect →

In Google Cloud Console, one project covers both Calendar and Drive:
1. APIs & Services → Library → enable Google Calendar API, Google Drive API and Google Picker API.
2. → Clients → create a Web application client. Authorized JavaScript origin: https://creator.veniacollection.com. Paste the Client ID above.
3. On the consent screen add scopes calendar.events (planner writes events) and drive.file (Enigma reads only the files you pick).
4. → Credentials → Create credentials → API key (an AIza… string — NOT the Client ID). Paste it in the Picker field below.
When creating the key: under API restrictions tick Google Picker API and Google Drive API — if they are not in the list, they are not enabled in this project yet (step 1). Leave Application restrictions on None, and leave “Authenticate API calls through a service account” unchecked (that is for Vertex/Gemini).
If you see “The API developer key is invalid”: the usual cause is a Website application restriction. The Picker runs inside a Google-hosted iframe, so a referrer rule on your own domain often rejects it — set Application restrictions to None and test again. Then check API restrictions allows Picker + Drive, and that the key is from the SAME project as the Client ID above. Newly enabled APIs can take a minute.
Both values are public by design (safe in the browser) — the API key is not a secret and grants nothing on its own.

Granting access does not create a password. After granting, use Set password on their row — that makes the login and gives you the details to send them. Today is always included, otherwise they sign in to a screen that cannot load.

What they can reach is decided here and enforced on the server, so an account can only ever return what its group allows: cost, margin, factory and production data are not sendable to a portal at all. New leads still wait for your validation before entering the CRM. Revoke any time.
